The new machine structure design improves the internal space utilization rate of the equipment, realizes the expansion of the construction volume making the equipment occupy less space, providing flexible production line layout. The whole frame adopts aluminum structure, and the casing adopts light and strong ABS and acrylic plate, which realizes the light weight design from inside to outside while ensuring stable printing.

Worry-free and stable operating process

As a first step to getting started printing, leveling is critical to the success and quality of your print. Guider 3 optimizes the auxiliary leveling and auto leveling system to ensure leveling operation in all directions. The adopted high-sensitivity and inductive proximity sensor detects and saves the initial flatness data of the horizontal platform, and intelligently compensates the platform height through the Z-axis during the printing process to realize automatic leveling

Improved extruder structure

Suitable for various filaments, the double gear extrusion structure design increases the filament feeding force by 150% and causes less clogging problems, no less inferior to various application requirements.

Quick release nozzle
