DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 2 product replacements for an additional cost.

Flyaway a single replacement € (In order to use the Flyaway coverage, users must have associated their DJI account and remote control with their drone using the DJI Fly app)

It offers two replacements in one year at a minimal cost and covers different types of accidents, to keep you calm at all times.

Please note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (1 Year Plan) may be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

• New and unactivated product;
• Drone activated for no more than 48 hours.

Currently, the DJI Care Refresh (2 Year Plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.

2. Upon purchasing DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be emailed to you along with instructions to activate it and pair it with the reference DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and its product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.

4. For each replacement request, you will receive a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
