The 3D printer for clay, Delta WASP 40100 Clay is the ideal tool in the field of ceramics.
Precise and fast using all ceramic materials. Open and accessible on three sides to interact during prints.
It is possible to print directly on the floor (for objects up to one meter high) or on a removable steel printing surface, placed 60 cm from the ground (useful printing volume diam. 400 mm x H 450 mm). It is also possible to continue printing without waiting for the piece to dry simply by moving the printer.
3D printer for clay Made in Italy, with a clean and compact design. The aluminum and steel structure guarantee stability and precision, obtaining quality prints with fluid dense materials.
CONFIGURABLE TOOLS:
LDM WASP extruder 3.0: diameter 1.5 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm (standard for printing on the intermediate plate)
LDM WASP extruder XL 3.0: nozzle diameter 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm (recommended for large prints)
INCLUDED
- 1 LDM WASP extruder with stainless steel nozzle diam. 1.5 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm.
- 1 tank of 5L.
- 2 printing plates in marine plywood.
- 12.5 kg of red earthenware (ceramic mixture)
NB. The compressor and the tube that connects it to the 3D printer are not supplied by WASP.
A useful tip: it is a nylon tube and is usually supplied by the compressor supplier. If you do not have it, you can buy it from any hardware store of the length you need, ask for an 8 mm or 5/16 ″ nylon tube (external dimension).
