How shipments work

In most cases our shipments leave from our Italian operational headquarters, however if the goods are out of stock in Italy, but available in our European warehouse, the shipment will be processed by the latter.

The goods sold by us are already VAT INCLUDED AND CUSTOMS CLEARED. You will have no problem managing any imports as all our goods in the catalog are invoiced by our Italian company.

Some small items such as spools of filament, consumables or accessories may already have free shipping, even if the minimum order of €499 has not been reached.
